Orders and Shipping
Depending on your location, delivery will take between 3 – 10 days. If you are located in the UK, we will endeavour to despatch your art work within 1 day of order receipt. Since we ship using Royal Mail, your choice of 24 hour or 48 hour signed for delivery will add another day or two. If you are outside of the UK, delivery will be a little slower as we use multiple carriers. However, in all cases your print should be with you within 10 days latest.
You create an account when you purchase a print or prints from our shop. The process is very simple and takes just a few moments to complete.
You can change your order address through your account details. Please note that you can only change them within 4 hours of order creation . After this, we cannot accept a change to the order address.
You can track your order status by logging into your account. We will also send you an email to the email address provided on the order every time their is a change of order status e.g. Order Received, Order Processed, Order Shipped etc. For this reason you should always provide the best email address for us to keep in contact with you.
When you choose to pay using Stripe or PayPal, only your name, contact details, address and order details reside on our secure server. Payment details are handled by Stripe and PayPal, we never see or store this information so your card details are 100% safe.
Currently, we only ship to the UK but we will be adding other countries soon, including those in the EU, Scandinavia and the USA. Please contact us if your are outside of the UK and would like to purchase any of our prints.
Yes, we will always try to minimise the cost of shipping to you and we are also mindful that multiple packages have an environmental consequence. For both of these reasons, we always ship multiple items in a single package.

We are extremely sorry that you have received the wrong print and we will do our best to remedy this problem as soon as we possibly can. In order to start the process. please inform us of this error within 3 days of receipt. You can do this through the contact page on this website. Please supply an image of the print(s) received to help us better understand how the error occurred. As soon as we receive your notification, we will let you know when you can expect the correct print to arrive.
We package our products to withstand the rigours of long haul courier transportation but in rare cases, damage may occur to the packaging and to the items they contain. To help us deal with this issue as quickly as possible, please supply an image of the damaged items through our contact page. As soon as we receive your notification, we will let you know next actions and when you can expect a second shipment to arrive.
If you need to return something to us, please send this to our distribution centre at Terra Vita Limited, 197 Union Street, Torquay, TQ14BY, United Kingdom. Before returning your products, please contact us with the reasons for return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. You can contact us through this link. We cannot accept returns without a Returns Authorisation number.

If you entered a wrong shipping address, simply head to your accounts page and edit the shipping address. We also advise to contact us as soon as possible to confirm the change using our contact form. We are generally able to accept a change address details up until the time of shipping but it is best to let us know as soon as possible.
You can change or cancel an order within two hours of submission. Simply contact us as soon as possible using this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Since we print to order, it is rare that we are ever out of stock of any of our prints, excepting of course, limited edition prints. These are strictly controlled and once we have sold a limited edition print run, those prints will never be available again. Please note though, limited edition prints are sold on a size basis so although we might be out of stock of A3 variants, we may have good availability in A4 and A2 sizes.
