1. Made‑to‑Order Nature
All prints are created individually for each order. For this reason, returns are accepted only when:
The artwork arrives damaged
The artwork is defective
The artwork does not match the description or size ordered
2. Reporting an Issue
If something is amiss, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thecreativecamera.co.uk.
We will ask for:
Your order number
Clear photographs of any damage or discrepancy
3. Resolutions
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
A replacement print
A corrected reprint
A refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified or the item is returned.
