• The Creative Camera | Terra Vitae Limited

At The Creative Camera, every print begins its life as a moment of light — carefully crafted, printed to order, and dispatched with the same care with which it was created.

1. Production Time

Each artwork is produced individually using fine art materials. Production typically takes 3 working days after receipt of your order, though certain pieces or bespoke requests may require a little longer.

2. UK Shipping

We offer fast, reliable UK delivery.

• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but for most products this will be within 5 – 7 days of order receipt.

• These times are guides only; occasional courier delays or external factors may extend them.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order begins its journey.

3. International Shipping

We ship to selected destinations worldwide. We do this though our network of approved, international print service centres. We always try to meet the 3- 7 day order receipt to delivery we state on our website but please bear in mind that delivery times may vary by region.

Because we print and ship through our international print partner network, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are notionally zero for most destinations. You only pay the local shipping cost for your region. For example, if you live in France, we may print and ship in France, from Belgium or perhaps Germany but since these countries are all part of the EU, there are no customs duties or taxes applied to the order. You only pay a reasonable shipping cost. This means no customs delays and no additional costs to worry about.

4. Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Packaging

Your artwork is either sent flat packed, as in the case of a framed print or canvas, or in a sturdy cardboard tube if the artwork is a print only. The actual packaging is dependant on print size, to ensure adequate protection during transportation.
